Viscoflex, special rice starch, is made from milled rice and can replace native starches in most applications. In addition to being an optimal replacement for corn, tapioca and potato starches, the product is Gluten-free, non-GMO and contains protein. For clean label requirements, Viscoflex can be labelled as rice starch or rice flour.
