BCI is pleased to introduce a collection of specialized wheat flours from Les Moulins de Soulanges. Blended from Canadian wheat varieties to match specific baking applications, these flours provide consistent batch-to-batch performance equivalent to European flours. 

Le Moulins De Soulanges flours are milled from wheat grown sustainably through Quebec’s Agriculture RaisoneeTM  Program, with the goal of helping wheat farmers produce an exceptional product while respecting environment and biodiversity. This specialty product line comes from certified seeds that are not treated nor genetically modified, and crops are never sprayed with glyphosates.

Over a dozen blends are available to match your specific application – from Signature T65 for Euro-style baguettes, to the Super Elegante (suited for croissants and brioche), to the Petit Italie (“00” Type) blend best suited for pizza and flatbread.

Rye, spelt, barley, and oat flours are also available, as well as new roasted flours options that enhance colour and add interesting flavour notes to your products. Offer your customers the benefits of our specialty flours:
